Our Doneman’s pool was completed in October 2019. Since completion we have had endless hours of enjoyment and we would like to thank Donemans Pool Centre for their excellent service. We did a lot of research prior to choosing who should build our pool and we are pleased we chose Donemans Pool Centre to make our pool.

Hayden worked with us from start to finish to help us to achieve the pool we wanted at a price we could afford. He and the team at Donemans were honest and upfront about all costs and processes. Hayden helped us to develop plans for the size and shape of our pool and was happy to deal with our proposed changes along the way.During construction, Hayden gave us an accurate timeframe and organised the trades very well. Hayden was always available by phone and visited regularly throughout the construction process.

Our pool was constructed within the given timeframe and we are so happy with the result. Thank-you to the whole Donemans team but particular thanks to Hayden who made the whole process very easy.

The pool installation was undertaken in conjunction with the building of our new house. Donemans were the recommended pool company due to their professionalism with project management. This was important to the building company and was now important to us in order to achieve our building time-line.

During our initial engagement with Donemans we were met by helpful, courteous and knowledgeable staff who assisted us to design and fit out our pool to best meet our needs. We lived interstate and all but one engagement with Donemans was conducted via email and telephone. The subject matter expertise displayed by Donemans made it straight forward for us to achieve our planning through these methods of communication.

Throughout the build process, Donemans kept us advised of installation mile stones and whenever projected issues arose. The pool installation was completed by house handover, which boosted our positive interaction in our new home.
