The pool installation was undertaken in conjunction with the building of our new house. Donemans were the recommended pool company due to their professionalism with project management. This was important to the building company and was now important to us in order to achieve our building time-line.
During our initial engagement with Donemans we were met by helpful, courteous and knowledgeable staff who assisted us to design and fit out our pool to best meet our needs. We lived interstate and all but one engagement with Donemans was conducted via email and telephone. The subject matter expertise displayed by Donemans made it straight forward for us to achieve our planning through these methods of communication.
Throughout the build process, Donemans kept us advised of installation mile stones and whenever projected issues arose. The pool installation was completed by house handover, which boosted our positive interaction in our new home.
