Terms and Conditions

The Kreepy Krauly promo will be run through Donemans Pool Centre (Valid from 01.03.23 till 31.03.23) under the following terms and conditions. Upon the purchase of any of the specified products and claiming of promotional goods during the specified period and as part of the promotion the consumer accepts these terms and conditions.

With the purchase of either the Vtx-7, Vtx-3 or Sprinta Cleaners the customer gets an extended 12 month warranty for free. The customer also receives a $100.00 store credit applied to their account for the purchase of chemicals only instore (expiration date of store credit - 30.04.23). This store credit cannot be used for spare parts, services, or any other product other than Zodiac, Lo-chlor or Focus branded chemicals. To apply this store credit to an account, an account must be created in Lightspeed. To create an account the customer must provide name, contact number, email, and address to be logged in Lightspeed to keep track of warranty and store credit applied. Without this information provided a store credit cannot and will not be given to the customer as there will be no way of tracking information in relation to this.

This promotion is only an offer to customers who purchase a specified cleaner between the dates specified above. Any cleaners purchased prior to or after this period do not come with the extended warranty or chemical store credit. As well as any customer who purchases a cleaner in the specified period but returns said cleaner voids any claim to store credit and any credit applied to their account will be removed.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all goods and services specified are sold upon the following terms and conditions to the exclusion of any terms and conditions of the Buyer and no agent or representative of Donemans Pool Centre Pty Ltd ABN: 39 658 328 726 (“the Seller”) has any authority to vary or omit part of or all these conditions. The purchase of products/goods or acceptance of the quote via payment of a deposit shall constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Donemans Pool Centre Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Furthermore, Donemans Pool Centre Pty Ltd reserves the right to extend, change or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
